Since the implementation of the “Excellence through Efficiency and Effectiveness” initiative (E3) in 2009, operational savings and revenue enhancements totaling over $29 million have been implemented, including $2.0 million of additional E3 initiatives that are part of the 2020 Budget. This translates to a cumulative tax rate increase avoidance of 23.2% that would have been paid by our residents every year.
